“a little confusing for a 1st time user. I thought the £40 for £10 would give you a single £40 to use rather than 3x£10, your online help cleared that up. The terms used are betting and in the betting world. As a newb i didn't quite get it. Also clicking on the bet I want and see it appear on the right didn't quite register with me what was happening.”

“So far I'm having a great experience with you. I get regular emails with great offers and I like the account history interface which is really clear and easy to use. One thing I would say is I mistyped my log in details one morning and I got one of those automatically generated pieces of script which is all distorted. You need to type what you see into the box to authenticate yourself. I have no problem with security but I hate those squiggly writing things. My eyesight isnt the best and I struggle to get it right. Quite often I dont and I risk getting locked out. Why not just add in security questions. Far better for folks like me. Other than that, once I'm on the site I find it great”
