“Having been a customer with PP for a long time, I was disappointed to find out I wasn't eligible for the 20 for 10 football offer? Obviously as with anyone, offers are a major part in helping people place bets with bookmakers as you have a greater chance of winning when placing bets. This has led me to start betting with other bookmakers and possibly leaving PP in the future.”

“Normally it would be "Very Good" but I've just been informed that I can't take part in the bet £20 get £10 football offers (which were great) so bit disappointed.”

“Overall Paddy are brilliant I've found, the website is clear and easy to use, although i do have trouble sometimes getting the bet slip to appear on screen and have to double click a few times to get it to pop up in a new window. P.S I LOVE the fan denial vids on Facebook, never stop doing those, EVER!”

“Wasted time trying to sort out problems with offers. And rudely cut off on my initial live chat trying to rectify the problem. Operator Phil D kindly helped sort out my issues after a lot of explaining and luckily I had screen shots on my phone as proof to sort the problem out or it probably wouldn't of got rectified. Not impressed with signing up to your paddy power today and placing my first bet them to have to go through that to get it re tified and the payout. Not a good impression made”

“ive already done something similar to this but... easy to navigate site so far good welcome offer, plus ive lost on 2 out of 3 so youve been nice enough to give me another fiver free bet. all in all pretty good so far”

“Only 4 stars loose one because ye don't accept prepaid cards I have enough coming out of my bank account as it is if ye accepted them would be great but here's hoping everything else is perfect can't fault it”
