“Agent dealt with my query adequately, however where there has been a rule 4 deduction I feel that you could make this clearer to customers when checking their bets.”

“So far, a very good site, easy to move around. Transferring money between other parts of the site are smooth and quick. Customer service on this site has always been a good experience, unlike other sites I've been on and I left quickly! If a site treats you fairly, you tend to stick with them in my book!”

“Mine is a strange review - i found the setting up of my new account easy (lured by the free bets) in an attempt to show my husband that I know better than him when it comes to betting. As he already has an account i used his paypal account (as all our accounts are in joint names) and the money was deposited with no issues. It was only after my first bet won that the account was suspended as the papal account was not in my name so I think that should have been identified as an issue before Ii made my bets. Saying that, the live help dealt with my query immediately and were good enough to let my bets run before refunding any winnings to me which I think is very good of them. I will then open my own paypal account and start again - this setback hasn't put me off, indeed the way the help team assisted me has just reinforced my reason for returning. Thanks Helene on the live chat :o)”
