“Ordered a gift for my 1-year-old niece. As I live abroad, I ordered with the gift wrap option which was a lifesaver! It was dispatched on the same day of ordering and delivered the next day. The baby clothes were also superb!”

“I bought an item for a baby shower because the mom was registered for it. I didn't receive my package for a long time because it was stuck in customs. I had to let Organic Zoo know and follow up several days later when it still wasn't released. It seems to me that Organic Zoo should have been keeping watch for that, especially after they had been alerted to the problem.”
