I just reduced the price after I bought it. I don't know what the meaning of vip is, and I am disappointed.

Paid for express delivery. Told it would arrive May 21st. Didn’t arrive until evening of 23rd. That would be fine if I hadn’t paid the extra, but very disappointed as this is my first experience with this company

For express delivery to USA our courier takes 1-3 working days Monday - Friday. The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the shipping company. I bought 2 suits the same size and type, only different patterns. One fits the other is to small.

As an international consumer outside of the UK, I was not impressed with the customer service support when it came to helping with my shipping questions.

I ordered on the 3th of May and still noch received my order. And payes 23€ for shipping. Now we are of on vacation and I can not take the items with me nor go and get my order when it arrives.

The sizing of your items are way off, really unfortunate as feel like I’ve wasted my money. The 1-2yr sweater I ordered for my son was super tight, and the bloomer set for my newborn (due to arrive April) I can’t see it fitting her at all. I wouldn’t recommend Organic Zoo to other mums, it’s such a shame as the colours and fabrics are beautiful but you have to order very big to get any value.

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry that the sweater you ordered for your son didn't fit as you'd hoped it would. We offer a size chart which can be found on each product page beneath the 'discription', we do however state that the age information is only a guideline therefore we would suggest it is best to measure your child to ensure you are purchasing the perfect size for them! We ordered two newborn bodies and hats and we wash them with delicate soap and cold water, no drying machine, before our child wears them ( as reccommended). One of the bodies, the blue one with moons on it , has lost his colour and became more black, the difference is significant because we can compare it with the hat which has remained blue. We live in Spain and we do not know what to do because we think that returning it and making a recclammation will be more expensive than doing nothing as the fees are really high..it is a pity because it is expensive clothing and it was for its firts clothing at the hospital and we were really amused about your firm, following it on insta for almost 2 years.

Dear Alvaro, Congratulations on the arrival of your new baby and thank you for choosing Organic Zoo for the first outfit. We are sorry to hear that you haven't been satisfied with your purchase. We have reviewed your order and can confirm that unfortunately, the two Midnight items that you purchased are not the same colour. Your order shows that you purchased NAVY midnight bonnet and the BLACK midnight suit. I can only assume that you thought that you were purchasing both items in navy so I can understand your disappointment. However, I would like to highlight the fact that on the photo you have shared, the suit is exactly the colour it was designed to be. Just to confirm, we do this style of bodysuit in a navy colour to match the bonnet which would have been a perfect match. I am disappointed . I still have not even received my package . I missed the date for giving the gift and still have not received The styles looked adorable and fabric but delivery very disappointing .
