“Fantastic product which we love but your postal charges and chargeable returns policy is completely out of kilter with the market . We have spent nearly £10 buying and then returning a product which I’m afraid puts us off buying from you again which is a shame . Add a bit to the product price and then do free postage and returns . Makes the customer feel more valued esp in this day age when so many people do free delivery and returns.”
