“I have been using your products for at least a decade & loved the power build shampoo & conditioner. My hair looked great, the scent was wonderful n I grew new hair well. People complemented me on my perfume- which I don’t wear-it’s the hair products, aroma therapy of sorts! But now BEWARE I ordered same large sizes but it’s been remade, the cover is rough to touch/offensive, the scent has changed, smells abit off- grapefruity, awful since I don’t like grapefruit…my hairdresser /salon owner wasn’t notified so I had no way of knowing prior to ordering, it’s not returnable so I’m out $200! Bad business…why couldn’t you just leave these good products alone!”
