We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your order. It looks like Royal Mail had attempted delivery on several occasions but there was no one available to accept the parcel at the address. Therefore, the order has been sent back to us.

“I am severely allergic to ingredients contained in permanent hair dye and so glad that I found Organic Colour Systems. I use the black semi permanent colour and have not experienced any irritation to my scalp and skin.
A B Corp organisation that is true in using ingredients that are good for the planet and customers.
I use the dye every week as my original hair colour is very dark and I need to cover my greys (it is afterall semi permanent).
So thankful that I have found a product without all the harsh chemicals.”

“The semi permanent hair color is AMAZING! I started having allergic reactions to hair dye about 5 years ago and have been searching for something ever since. “I have been using your products for at least a decade & loved the power build shampoo & conditioner. My hair looked great, the scent was wonderful n I grew new hair well. People complemented me on my perfume- which I don’t wear-it’s the hair products, aroma therapy of sorts! But now BEWARE I ordered same large sizes but it’s been remade, the cover is rough to touch/offensive, the scent has changed, smells abit off- grapefruity, awful since I don’t like grapefruit…my hairdresser /salon owner wasn’t notified so I had no way of knowing prior to ordering, it’s not returnable so I’m out $200! Bad business…why couldn’t you just leave these good products alone!”
