“Excellent diet goof. I haveblody 17 kilos on this diet
Have shaker for breakfast and bath for lunch. Dinner time I have a small portion of what dinner the family are having”
“I started using another brand, but was expensive and taste not that great. Switched to Optislim - slightly cheaper and tastes better. Favourite is caramel. Online order on a Sat, delivered Tue morning. The shake prep is quick and easy. I dont need to think or worry about breakfast. My goal was to loose 2.5kg, which took me 3 weeks. Now taking 1 shake a day to maintain current weight.
My partner got interested and they wanted to try. Now into their 3rd week of 2 shakes a day (breakfast & lunch)- lost 3kilos. She's hit a plateau, but still maintaining the loss. Will be interesting to see how they go after another 3 weeks.”
“I started using OptiSlim last year as an extra way of getting the good protein I needed. It has helped me feel better within myself and helped me drop the extra weight. I love the flavours of the shakes and soups , especially the salted caramel and the bliss balls are a great on the go healthy nibble.”
“I have a shake every morning not really to loose weight but I really like them especially when I add banana & blackberries this keeps me going for hpurs”
“Every flavour I bought is delicious and I look forward to my shakes!! I’ve lost a few kilos since I started 4 weeks ago. I haven’t been the strictest though but that’s about to change!! :)”
“I am day 15 on using Optislim Platinum. I’m going the hardcore route of 3 meal replacements a day- 2 shakes and 1 bar- so that I can chew some food. I supplement that with 200g of steamed sugar snap peas with ginger & soy and an organic red apple for fiber and vitamins. So far I’m down 4.6kg- aiming for 10kg.
This programme works if you stick to it and I’m not too hungry, but understandably tired, as I’m in a massive calorie deficit at 800-900 calories a day.
I’m also supplementing this with an hour of yoga and day and walking 5k per day
Once I reach my goal of 10kg loss, I’ll take a day off for a treat day of pizza and wine, then jump back on, replacing 2 meals a day and having a low cal dinner until I drop another 5kg.”
