Online order on a Sat, delivered Tue morning. The shake prep is quick and easy. I dont need to think or worry about breakfast. My goal was to loose 2.5kg, which took me 3 weeks. Now taking 1 shake a day to maintain current weight.
My partner got interested and they wanted to try. Now into their 3rd week of 2 shakes a day (breakfast & lunch)- lost 3kilos. She's hit a plateau, but still maintaining the loss. Will be interesting to see how they go after another 3 weeks.”
