“This company is a complete fraud. If I could give zero stars I would. There was zero correspondences between myself and this company regarding my case. I never received an email of confirmation that they were taking on case. Months late I received a letter from HMRC stating that a cheque was on its way to my door within 5 days. 2 months had past and I finally plucked up the courage to phone HMRC to query the whereabouts of my cheque. I was told on the phone that my cheque had went to a third party. Unaware of this, I had to hunt down where my cheque was. I have been fobbed off on the phone multiple times and via email. Turns out apparently my cheque had been sent to my work place - without my consent. I’d like to add that I work in a hospital so there has been no way in tracking down where my cheque is. I spoke yet again to this company requesting the cheque be sent to my home. I received an email stating my cheque had to be sent to a residential address?????? My home address is a residential address. I’ve spoken to many managers etc and have wasted my money on phone calls with no success. I have been a victim of fraud by the looks of it. These companies should be illegal. My advice… do not use.”

“Please please this agency is a fraud do not use their services before you regret, I don't know why revenue accept this kind of service to exist see attachment of my rent tax rebate from their service.”

“Scam do not use them as your tax return agency! They claim my tax without my consent and they don't even have a phone number. They charge 30% fee!!! You'll regret using them”
