“I received a simple form that I filed in and to be honest forgot all about it! It did take quite a while to get a reply but received £117. That's after the fee but I didn't feel the fee was extortionate, especially when I've received the money I did. I know I wouldn't have gone about getting it myself.”

Hi Isabelle, We do our best to get your claim in with HMRC as soon as possible. Unfortunately in the first part of 2015 HMRC ran up a 3 month mail queue resulting in claims taking a lot longer to get processed across the board. I'm sorry it took so long but things are now improving. Thanks
