“Website says free delivery - it’s not but apparently this is due to “the team updating the online store”. Ordered 9 days ago and had a notification the day after ordering that it had been dispatched. Chased the carrier after 7 days - they confirmed that they are yet to take receipt of the shipment. Checked with the supplier and they will send an “urgent follow up” to get me an update. No update yet.”

“I ordered 6mm black cable clips which I though should suit a 6mm wide cable but they were nowhere near large enough and measure 6mm overall. This is very misleading when ordering and the size you select should be for the cable size not the overall size of the clips. Do you therefore have to guess the size required for a 6mm cable? ie 10mm clips?”
