We are so sorry to see you are disappointed.
Unfortunately, due to Brexit we have faced numerous problems with sending to the Republic of Ireland and as a small business it has been really hard. The only way that we are able to send to ROI going forward is by deducting VAT at checkout for all our Irish customers and this is stated at checkout. You would have had a deduction at checkout to make up for the custom charges.

Olia jewellery until recently.
I happened to comment to her that one of my bracelets had tarnished quickly since buying it.
She replied with I wasn’t going to say that mine also has because you’ve just bought me two more and I didn’t want to sound ungrateful.
I guess if she had I would of hesitated in buying more !!!

We do UV coat all our jewellery to prevent it from tarnishing as long as extra care is taken not to bring into contact with water, creams, gels or perfumes.
