The other orders are lovely. Not cheap, but good quality. It does annoy me I have to pay duty on the package which delays things and adds three or four more emails (from Post Office here in Ireland) to the process.”

Thank you so much for your review. Firstly, apologies you were not happy with the colour of gold. If it was a set of two necklaces you purchased then both chains should be the same colour. Please email me if this is the case on enquiries@oliajewellery.com and i can look into this for you.
We do apologise for the custom charges. Unfortunately, since Brexit we have faced so many problems sending to Ireland. The only way at the moment to send to ROI is by deducting VAT on all Irish orders at checkout to make up for custom charges on arrival. We do appreciate that this is frustrating but we do hope you can understand.
