“Sizing is awful. I am normally a size 10 and i ordered a dress in a size 14 and it would not fit. I am no where near the size of a typical person that would normally be a size 14 and I don’t think it is fair on bigger girls as they have no hope in getting any of the dresses. I even ordered a dress in a 12 that did not have a zip and it was tight which it should not be. My younger sister is a size 4 normally, she is very petite, and has ordered a size 6 because and could barely get it on before even zipping it up which is crazy. Although I got to wear one of the dresses, I definitely was not as comfortable as I should have been for the size of the clothing I bought.”

“This used to be my go to brand for a formal dress. The quality is always great and I usually buy more than one size/style to try and return. The last time I ordered I did exactly that, but have been trying to contact Oh Hello regarding confirming my return for the last week with no correspondence from any platform. I have tried the online portal 3 times, 2 different email addresses and the Instagram account. Absolutely Zero reply. I am awaiting a nearly £200 return and have no confidence I will get this. DO NOT order unless you know you will keep the item. Will update if I get a response.”
