“I love the dresses and ordered a dress for a wedding coming up. It was however too big for me, there was too much fabric which is fine but in order to get the smaller size I had to re order it and return the previous dress because you don’t accept exchange. This means I’ve had to spent £6.99 twice on delivery - as there was only a £6.99 delivery option to the uk and I also need to pay for shipping back of the dress that doesn’t fit. It also means I’ve had to pay £100+ twice to order the other size in the dress while I wait for my refund. This has put me off ordering with the company again and I won’t be recommending it to anyone. £14 on delivery alone and having the pay to return something is just outrageous.”
