“The quality of the dresses was ali express at best. They refused to refund me saying it was a sale item and store credit only. This is not true and is contrary to the EU Distance Selling Regulations. If you order something online you have 14 days to cancel the order and receive the refund. They were rude and in fact stopped replying to me and didn't offer and resolution, but then refunded the money so if your policy is legally compliant why did you refund me? Never again”

“Although it looked lovely on the website, the dress I bought was of very poor quality. The fabric was swim wear like and looked very tacky. The dress also had a bad smell, as if it had been stored in a damp/humid place for months.
I returned my order - which cost me €9 - and was refunded the price of the dress minus the shipping fees... In total it cost me €13.95 for a dress I've never used or worn. Pretty disappointed.
