I was dismayed that your website which charged for next day delivery did not make it clear that this was not always the case, if the item was coming direct from the manufacture. This caused some disappointment at Christmas and I have not yet had a response to my email requesting refund of the next day charge!

First of all the drawers I ordered although it said white were Beech, apparently my fault on order. No exchange offered and know good to me so I had to pay for collection to get refund!. Now I have found the storage cupboard I have ordered has been sent with the wrong doors !. Emailed 8am and still no response at 3.15pm. Not recommended !!

Very poor experience. I ordered the wrong colour item and simply wanted to swap and get the correct item. Instead of arranging an exchange they wanted to charge me £20 for collection and issue a partial refund. This is simply poor customer service. I suggest you guys look into some sort of exchange service for customer who had similar issues.
I’ll look elsewhere and stay clear of this company.
