“We decided to have a new roof on our conservatory to replace the glass one. After considering other companies we chose Oakdene Roofs and I'm so so happy we did. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and couldn't be happier, very satisfied customers. The management, the communication throughout and the workmanship is top quality, highly recommend Oakdene Roofs without any hesitation. The whole team are AMAZING. “From the first contact, the online quote, to the final bit of work, replacing some of the old glass panes, every thing was done in a very professional, friendly , cooperative way. There is an old Welsh proverb, ‘Nid da lle gellir gwell’ which reads in English, ‘It’s not good if it can be better’. Everything about this was good. The communication was by all three, live chat,Email, and telephone.”

“We thought long and hard before deciding what to do with our conservatory. We rebuilt with a very expensive hi-tech glass roof seven years ago. It did improve things but it was still too hot in summer and too cold in winter despite over-sized fan-convector run off of our heat pump. The recent treble increase in electricity costs proved the last straw. So having researched alternatives we came across Oakdene and that was the trigger to sort things out. From the first contact they sprang into action and produced a project budget which was right on our target. We then proceeded to discus the details and project specifics all of which were clearly specified and costed. On placing the order and paying the deposit all the paperwork flowed as it should and despite the awful spring weather Oakdene got everything planned and ordered. On the agreed day Andy and his team arrived. Started work and everything went very well. A few delays due to the weather but everything was done very professionally on every trade. All of the team were real Craftsmen who cared about the quality and worked very cleanly, making sure everything was safe and protected every day and night. The finished result met and exceeded our expectations. A great quality job by a great team - thank you Oakdene. P & T - Holmer Green”

“Peter and the team from the get go were very professional. Oakdene were the only company to give us multiple options on our conservatory roof which allowed us to make an informative decision when choosing the style. After shopping around it was a no brainier but to choose Oakdene to carry out the works. They also kindly arranged for us to view a previous job that they had carried out which gave us confidence in the company. Materials arrived promptly and Andy and Jayden were both professional and informative the entire way through. Their attention to detail was second to none and all 3 guys went the extra mile. The plasters and electrician finished the inside off to an incredible standard and we now have another room to add to the house that can be used all year round. Would highly recommend Oakdene.”

“From start to finish, we have received the very best advice and skill from Oakdene's hardworking team. Despite the bitter temperature, Andy & his lads, Jude and Jayden, came every day, working long hours, listening to what we wanted and delivered a spectacular result. The contractors - electrician and plasterers - were also exemplary. In addition, the office staff were in regular contact to keep us updated and to check if we were satisfied as the work progressed (we were!) We have no hesitation in recommending Oakdene - we already have. Thank you Roger and Patricia Lander, Warwickshire”

“We also appointed Oakdene to replace our existing polycarbonate roof with a solid timber, tiled roof with Velux. I can only reiterate what has been said in all the previous reviews. My thanks to everyone involved:- To Peter for his professional guidance and advice. To Adam and Jill for their regular communication, updates and prompt responses to questions raised. To Andy, Jaiden and Jude for the excellent way they managed the replacement, particularly during challenging weather conditions. To Steve and Russell for carrying out the plastering in a prompt, tidy and efficient manner We too are delighted with the work which has transformed the conservatory to a natural extension of the house.”

“Fantastic company who are not pushy sales people from the start. They actually listened to what we wanted, pointed out some things we had missed and fully advised us on the best solid roof for our conservatory. They kept us fully informed throughout the install and prior to works starting and were a pleasure to deal with; nothing was too much. The conservatory looks great and is very toastie in this cold weather. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a conservatory roof. If I could give 6 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Absolutely fantastic Company. Workmanship is first class, stay with the job until finished and are really accommodating. “From the start, working with Oakdene felt personal and important. All of our concerns were dealt with sympathetically and we were left feeling confident that our Conservatory was in good hands. All of the working team were great, friendly and responsive. All in all, we are very satisfied with our new roof and looking forward to spending a lot more time together in our transformed room! “Wow! our new Oakdene roof is amazing, the workmanship and dedication to detail are second to none. The whole Oakdene team went above and beyond, from Jill and Adam who gave weekly updates and were there the whole time. To the wonderful work done by Andy and Jude, they were just great guys and the attention to detail whilst building the roof was exceptional, the Plasters who put the finishing touch to the roof thanks guys. “The Oakdene team have been excellent. Very responsive and courteous at all times. They took time to understand what we wanted to do and came up with a clear proposal of how to replace our very large 20-year-old lean-to polycarbonate roof with a lightweight slate solution based on a timber frame. The work was done in about 7 working days and the work is to a high standard. We are very pleased with the result, and would happily recommend Oakdene for any similar project. No pictures yet - it's over to us for the redecoration and furniture moving. Having done some of the decorating during the 40C days we have had recently I can say that the difference in temperature that we have due to the fully insolated roof vs the old one is a revalation. Looking forward to seeing a similar effect in the depths of winter so we can make use of this space all year round.”

“The whole process has been first class from first contact to completion of the work our conservatory now feels a ‘complete’ part of the house. The staff were first class working in very hot weather and completed the job to a high standard.Throughout the process we were kept informed by Jill or Adam as to when the work was to start and answered any queries as the work progressed. We would recommend Oakdene to anybody thinking of having this work done at their home. Thankyou again. John and Michele Johnson”
