We thought long and hard before deciding what to do with our conservatory. We rebuilt with a very expensive hi-tech glass roof seven years ago. It did improve things but it was still too hot in summer and too cold in winter despite over-sized fan-convector run off of our heat pump. The recent treble increase in electricity costs proved the last straw. So having researched alternatives we came across Oakdene and that was the trigger to sort things out. From the first contact they sprang into action and produced a project budget which was right on our target. We then proceeded to discus the details and project specifics all of which were clearly specified and costed. On placing the order and paying the deposit all the paperwork flowed as it should and despite the awful spring weather Oakdene got everything planned and ordered. On the agreed day Andy and his team arrived. Started work and everything went very well. A few delays due to the weather but everything was done very professionally on every trade. All of the team were real Craftsmen who cared about the quality and worked very cleanly, making sure everything was safe and protected every day and night.
