“I have had very good service over the years, but I was recently sent out of date product. After complaining, I was told that the expiry dates are shown on the website, and i should have checked. I was given the option of returning the stock for a refund, but quite why I need to go to the expense and time of returning stock that cannot be re-sold I am not sure. I feel that there was no interest in resolving the issue for a customer that has spent a few hundred pounds over the years, and I will reluctantly be shopping elsewhere on principle. Please look for expiry dates every time you shop.”

“Main problem is new website I'm colour blind so lots of things were difficult to see and an order that normally takes 10 minutes this time took me an hour. With the new layout it was diffcult to find the items I wanted whilst I will probably find it easier as I get used to it some products just didn't appear in the category I expected them. The products and delivery were good but the website was frustrating.”

“Ordered 3 items in the Buy 3 Get One Free deal and was sent only the three items. On querying the absence of the free item, I was told I should have ordered 4 items! What sort of idiotic system is that! They did then send me the missing item, in all fairness. A week ago, I sent them an email with a query concerning one of their products. They still haven't bothered to reply. Not impressed - they were far more courteous and helpful in the past.”

“I placecd this order on 25/11/22. It arrived today 2/12/22. That's a week. NOT GOOD. Makes me question whether it's worth continuing?”
