“Nutrigold I feel are good I’ve been taking them for a while now and prefer them to other brands that I’ve tried but I do feel it’s a bit expensive with some of their products.”

“Sublingual B12 tablets are better absorbed. As I have low stomach acid and am deficient in B12, these tablets are ideal. Tablets are small and dissolve quite quickly.”
