“I‘ve been trying to contact the customer service a couple of times, since I didn’t get a tracking link and asked for the shipment to be sent to another location. No answer to any of my emails. Very disappointed.”

I believe we did have contact and there was some confusion around shipping locations and dates you would be at certain addresses, but we did our best to ensure you received your item.
