“I'd got myself into a financial pickle and credit card debt was giving me sleepless nights. As a homeowner, I decided the best way forward was to consolidate the debts, using the equity in my property, to reduce my monthly repayments to a manageable amount, as well as paying them all off within 8 years (as opposed to over 25 years paying the minimum on the credit card repayments!). As I'm self-employed, I knew I'd be better off using the services of a broker to help me navigate the process. I'm so glad I chose Nottingham Moneyman. Denise Haywood was absolutely fantastic. She put me at ease from the first phone call, was non-judgemental, regarding my debt, and put huge effort into finding a bank that would accept my application. She kept me updated throughout the application and phoned to let me know the minute she'd received the offer from Halifax. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nottingham Moneyman. Just for your interest. Nottingham Moneyman was recommended several times when someone was asking for recommendations for mortgage brokers on the Long Eaton Community Group on Facebook, which is why I chose to use you. “Denise could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Explained everything in a simple but thorough way and was so flexible with when we could talk/meet which I really appreciated. “First off, we're really happy, what an amazing service! Jason found us a debt consolidation re-mortgage deal with an APR that was far better than what we'd found ourselves for just a normal re-mortgage! Our monthly bills are so much lower than they used to be, allowing us to do more as a family with our young children. Before turning to Nottinghammoneyman I'd spent hours on the phone with lenders trying to find and apply for a good rate. After a short meeting with Jason, he and his team did all the hard work with the lenders - it was so easy! Thank you so much, we'll definitely come back in 5 years for our next deal!”

“As it was a new experience as a first time buyer, the whole process can be quite overwhelming. Jason went through the process in detail and fully so, I could understand. If at any time I was unsure of somethings or wanted to ask a question, he was prompt with emailing me back with the answers and with regular updates too. Overall I would recommend ????”

“They have been brilliant in helping us buy our first home. We dealt with Denise, Mizna and Laura who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. No question was too much trouble and they took as much time as needed to explain the details throughout the process. The whole team was very supportive, responsive and acted quickly to secure us a great mortgage deal and arrange mortgage & income protection.
