“We would highly recommend Nottingham Money Man. Jason was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable, and went several extra miles for us in looking first of all at some quite complicated finance arrangements before settling on something relatively straightforward, all for the single fixed fee. Nothing was too much trouble, and there were no hidden surprises or extras. Jason's knowledge of how various lenders operate meant that making the application was also far easier, and progressed much more quickly, than we thought it would.”

“So helpful throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect when buying a house but Wayne was brilliant. So helpful, easily contactable and explained everything. Really made the whole process a lot less stressful!! Have recommended to friends and would happily recommend to anyone.”

“I will definitely recommend Nottingham moneyman anytime. There response time was very quick. The very first day I contacted them I got an immediate appointment which was done at home. I like the fact that they come to meet you in the comfort of your home at anytime outside working hours which is good for those who work 9 to 5 weekdays. I can't fault them at all and if I was to be looking into getting a property again, Nottingham moneyman will be my first point of contact.”

“Due to poor previous advice regarding an endowment mortgage we were left with a shortfall in our mortgage that we needed to sort out rapidly by remortgaging due to my impending retirement. Our mortgage company were completely unresponsive to various approaches we made so we turned to MoneyMan for advice and guidance. Paul visited us at home and took all the necessary details and came up with a solution which we thought would work for us. He sourced the perfect lender for us and now we have the deal we needed. It was sorted out in about 6-8 weeks (with Christmas in between). Totally professional throughout the process and always available to answer queries, even outside normal work hours, Paul was fantastic. I can't praise Paul and the company highly enough and recommend their services wholeheartedly.”

“Nottinghammoneyman were quick to respond to my initial enquiry. My situation was tricky due my age and being self-employed but Malcolm quickly allayed my worries and found a suitable mortgage for my needs. The back-office team kept me posted with regular updates and i'm now settling in to my new home. Definitely worth paying a fee for this service if you want the stress taking out of your situation, would recommend to all.”

As first time buyers, Malcolm's ability to break down all aspects clearly simplified the whole house-buying process and helped us to understand exactly how much money we'd need.
