“I had a fault with a subwoofer that they were immediately familiar with and gave me clear instructions on how to return the unit for repair. Even though it was the Christmas season, it was repaired in a few days and arrived the day after they posted it back. Importantly for me, they explained how the manufacturer dealt with its equipment and explained the problem in the context of other models. Great and informative communication, the type that only comes from having knowledgable people on the other end of the line.”

“I wanted to buy a very large, heavy pair of speakers on line. Because I live so far from Nintronics I was unable to audition them before buying which is something I've never done before. Adam was very helpful in agreeing a way I could return them if they weren't suitable which gave me the confidence to place the order. The speakers I bought were 'B grade' at a considerable saving over the 'new' price. They arrived in excellent condition and sound great. Communications between Adam, Demi and me were spot on throughout. I'm very happy to recommend Nintronics. Thanks guys!”

“I have been able to build up a trust with Simon at Nintronics. Despite never having met him, I know I can always phone him for advice re my own system which has been built up since the late 80s! I noticed that since upgrading cables (snake oil not included), the Tangent amps I use as 'Mono Blocs', were great but the bass range was distant and a bit muddied. Simon and I were able to discuss my thoughts and which cables I should get as it was a cheaaper option. I still believed that my 30 year old custom built floor standers were still up for the job but Simon gave another option should the cabling not work. Another excellent and respected idea which wouldn't have meant buying a new pair of speakers. I am pleased to report that the cables were exactly what I needed. The bass range is now right in the mix and with correct tonality. Not muddied either. Thank you Simon and for the fact that it was a much cheaper option as well. Your assistance was very much appreciated.”

“I bought a used pair of Revel m106 speakers in piano black gloss in excellent condition from another dealer for £850 for near field listening and was very impressed with them, so much so that I wondered what the m126be upgraded version would be like. I saw that Nintronics was offering them in silver at £1699.00 which compared to their new RRP price of over £4000.00 was a fantastic bargain. They arrived and sure enough they are better, not hugely but very noticably smoother and more detailed and a classier finish too. Definitely not worth paying the full price for the upgrade but at £1699.00 a no brainer for an " End game" solution. Very pleased!”

“Ordered Monitor Audio Silver stand mount speakers online, the price was very competitive and they were delivered within 2 days. They are a perfect match for my Rocksan Caspian M2 Amplifier, providing a really good soundstage with warm depth without being boomy. I have a room size of 14x12 and they sound great even at low volume.”
