“I've bought from Nintronics on a few occasions. I find their prices and ex demo deals to be some of the best around. On this occasion, I was interested in buying a cartridge, again being sold at an excellent discount. But, there were two other cartridges from another company, that have been getting very good reviews. So I emailed the sales team asking them their opinions on the three cartridges. Obviously stocking them all, I'm sure they have compared these and maybe others on their shop systems. Home demos aren't really an option with cartridges, so I was looking to hear Nintronics thoughts. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. I went ahead with a purchase anyway. But if one is looking for feedback on potential purchases, maybe Nintronics aren't the best placed company for this.”

“I was interested in a Roksan Xerxes 20 Plus (as an upgrade to my 20) and new cartridge, and Nintronics had some fabulous package deals. I already had an Artemis tonearm and asked whether they could fit that whilst I visited. Simon was friendly, knowledgable and professional. Having sound checked my tonearm it was discovered that the existing wiring was compromised which necessitated some very careful and fiddly soldering and terminals dressing. This was undertaken (thanks Jason) without any fuss. It was clear that Nintronics offer excellent customer service and go the extra mile as well as offering great prices, a huge range of high quality HiFi equipment with first class demonstration facilities (with rooms of various sizes to accomodate even the larest of floor stander speakers!). Delighted with my purchase and the service I received.”
