“I've been working with Nintronics over the last two years. Overall, they have done a great job. Fast, efficient service, quick delivery, and fair pricing. The one time I had a service issue with a component I'd puchased they were super quick in addressing it. The demo facilities in Welwyn Garden City are comprehensive too.”

“Bought a B-grade centre speaker (piano black, not the white one mentioned - that I cannot change for this review). To be honest, I cannot tell what is B-grade about it. All the packaging and the speaker itself looked as new. It sounds fab and perfectly fits in my cabinet and compliments my Silver 200 main speakers (albeit the previous generation). So it seemed that I saved myself a few quid without any compromises. Quick delivery too! Many thanks.”

“The product is as advertised. It was well packaged. Logistically, the order was incredibly awkward. The seller never updated the tracking information without prompting via call. I called the company three times in total. The first time I called because the tracking information hadn't updated 4 business days since purchase. Upon call, the tracking was updated to reflect that the order would arrive in a few days. When a few days passed, I called again which prompted them to update the tracking again and let me know the package was due to be delivered. When a cable was delivered, and nothing else was present, I called again and was informed that my delivery would arrive in three seperate shipments from two seperate couriers. A tracking number was provided for one of the shipments but not the other. Ultimately I got what I ordered in a timely manner, I just didn't like how out of the loop I was during the process. Perhaps, Amazon has spoilt me - but I didn't enjoy this process.”

“Not my first foray into the world of Marten but my first with Nintronics. From early short on/off discussions to delivery of a pair of Marten Mingus speakers, I cannot fault how Roger and Simon bent over backwards to be flexible and help me with the purchase. Delivery was a little late on the agreed day but that was okay and didn’t affect, at all, the unloading and set up as whatever time was needed to make sure all was “just so” was never an issue. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with these chaps and is probably spot on in this market. On the plus side I was left with a Diablo 333 for a few hours while everyone disappeared for dinner. There is no demo like a home demo! On the minus side, that has now led to another upgrade purchase and slight change in direction from my current integrated Diablo 300 to a Gryphon Pre and power Essence. Just waiting for that and this will be me DONE! Thanks to everyone at Nintronics who helped to make all this possible and who also cooperated with my local dealer, Nick at The Sound Counsel, for the amplifiers which will now be heading north. Recommend Nintronics from my personal experience.”

They are very prompt at responding to questions and the invest time in providing excellent demo sessions - free from time pressures (in my experience). “Had a great demo experience at the store with Simon who setup a 2ch system using Kef R7 meta speakers and Arcam amp using Chord Epic X speaker cables. I've the Kef R5 non meta versions at home an wanted to hear what the R7 were like. I was very impress with the sound from the speakers and especially from the Arcam AV amp so will need the change at some stage my Denon 3800h as I feel that is a weak point in my setup, i do use it for movies and music so I started off by trying the Chord Epic x speaker cable on load at home for a few days which sounds wonderful so I purchase a set now. Big thanks to simon again for his insight.”

“Excelleny service from start to finish, especially from Demi. My pre-order deposit was placed efficiently and I was regularly kept up-to-date. When my items arrived at Nintronics they were dispatched the same day that I paid the final balance, with my items arriving the next day. This is my first time using Nintronics but I would happily use them again in future. Highly recommended.”

“This was my first time purching from Nintronics i was so impressed how profesional they were from my first phone call enquiring about purchasing a Roon Titan. Demi called and emailed myself informing me that the Titan was ordered and provided a delivery date of 1-2 weeks i was pleasantly surprised when i received it within 4 days from placing the order. i would have no hesitation in ordering all future products from Nintronics and recomending them first class customer service.”
