“Having agreed that the report would be completed within the week in order to meet an acquisition deadline. The report was not delivered and ran into the next week. Expensive also.”

“Was told that the report would be back to me by 2-3 working days but it took 5 working days and held up my property sale. Communication was poor.”

Hi, Sorry that there was a delay with your EPC being sent. I have looked into this to see why it wasn't sent within our usual 48-72 hour time frame. Sometimes there can be a delay due to an address not being available on the EPC register and takes additional time to add which is out with our control.

Hi, Sorry that you were disappointed with your survey results but we can only provide accurate data for the software that then produces the EPC and the age of your windows determines the quality. Your windows were pre-2003 which means they can be upgraded.

“I purchased an EPC. My loft is insulated and can be accessed via a hatch. The assessor did not go into the loft as she said a visual inspection would not be adequate I needed some sort of contractor certificate but this was not available as we insulated to more than the required depth ourselves. I now have an incorrect and worthless EPC certificate that says no loft insulation and therefore cannot can an Boiler Upgrade grant or similar. Feeling conned :(”
