“The installation team smashed through the ceiling in a part of the of the house not associated with the install. When I complained they didn't even acknowledge my complaint. However, since posting this review, a member of the senior management team contacted me directly and then made a personal visit to review the damage. We discussed different options and agreed a restitution. This is now complete and has restored my faith in the company. If we ever need a similar project, I will definitely consider using Neville Johnson again”

“Our Neville Johnson glass staircase is a major transformation to our house. From our first encounter with the salesman who listened to our requirements and guided us to the best solution to the expert fitter who did a fantastic job. I would have given 5 stars had the communication been better from when the deposit was paid. I had to chase for dates for installation when I could have earned interest in my account.
