“A fair good choice of products. P&P more expensive than free delivery over £20 on all my other sites I use & never arrives on time with Royal Mail unfortunately but apart from that ok.”

Could you let us know what device you’re browsing on, and whether it’s a new device for you? Sometimes the website doesn’t immediately link a new phone, tablet or laptop to your customer profile, which can cause the pop-up to reappear. “Although no phone line, customer service is good via email and chat. Good offers. Slightly too many promo emails repeating same info and therefore a little pressured which is offputting but bargains are good as is range of natural products.”

Just to reassure you, we don’t use plastic in our packaging – all of our parcels are packed using recyclable paper, cardboard and paper-based tape. If you spotted something that looked like plastic, would you mind letting us know what it was?
