“I always have a good experience ordering. The website is easy to use and find products and I love being able to get samples too. I took a risk getting lipstick with guessing a good color. Everything was good quality and arrived quickly unfortunately my guess on lipstick color was not brilliant but that is not the company’s fault…ordering lipstick on line without knowing the color is not a good idea haha!”

“I have been shopping with My Pure for some time now (over 5 years). Recently I found I could not purchase several items that I have been ordering during those years. I sent My Pure an email and they responded very promptly and was able to offer an alternative however, I would have liked to have known in advance about the product that was no longer available instead of me having to enquire.”

“I recently ordered some free samples from Madara, and all I had to pay was £3-4 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage. Unfortunately, Royal Mail lost the first package, but the wonderful customer service at Madara quickly sent a replacement. Now, I’m absolutely in love with their Skin Equal Foundation. As the name suggests, it truly feels like skin—not cakey at all, with excellent coverage. It’s long-lasting, doesn't make my skin look oily, and most importantly, it hasn't caused any breakouts. The sample sachets last a surprisingly long time, as you only need a small amount per application. Highly recommend!”
