Hi Sandra, Thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback. Your order was not eligible for a free gift because the £60 spend threshold was not met. Only orders over £60 are eligible for free gifts. Please note that you can add a free gift to your basket at any point during your shop but remember to make sure the amount billed to your payment method exceeds £60. Best wishes, MyPure HQ
