“I haven't had an issue with MyPure previously, but my Lipstick broke at the base after just 3 or 4 uses. MyPure did send me a replacement, but I have discarded it and it had already been opened as the lipstick was marked and smudged. MyPure advised that they got the lipstick checked before dispatching to make sure it was alright, but I didn't want to use lip cosmetic which had been touched.”

Sorry to hear about your experience! We totally understand why this would be frustrating. Just to reassure you, all our products are stored in a secure warehouse, so there’s no way they could be tampered with. We never usually open products, but since you mentioned that the previous lipstick was broken at the base, we carefully opened this one to make sure it was free from faults before sending it out. We only did a quick visual check and never handled the product itself. That said, we completely understand why you weren’t comfortable using it, and we’re really sorry this didn’t meet your expectations.
