“I have been purchasing products from mypure for the past 3 years . I get notified when sales are on. Ordering is quite easy and delivery is good . When you spend over £60 you get a free gift and 5 samples of products to try which is good. Customer service is pretty good too as solving any issues .”

“Very bad experience as the company sent me a product with the film not sealed. I have sent photo and emails. The company still has not sent me a replacement ( which is reasonable ) I may look in to taking it further !”

Just to clarify, we did email you back on the 2nd of April asking for the batch number so we could sort this quickly, but we didn’t hear back until today – at the same time you left this review. We’re always happy to help, but we do need a few details first so we can pass things on to the supplier. Very occasionally, a factory seal might come loose in transit – it’s rare, but it can happen. We completely understand why that would be frustrating, and we’re here to make it right. Now that we’ve heard back from you, we can move things forward and get this resolved. “I really like MyPure—good assortment and nice promotions. I especially love the samples (wish there were more and from different brands). It’s very convenient to try products before spending £15–30. Not every product suits my skin or preferences, so thanks to the samples, I didn’t waste money on something I wouldn’t use but instead found products I actually enjoy”
