“Your customer service is terrible given it takes me to contact you about missing products for you to inform me that you haven’t sent the products as you probably didn’t have them in stock at the time I placed an order?
Given I put an order in as I was looking for a provider that has all the products I’m looking for and now I’m incurring more costs finding replacement products. I want to speak to someone further about this.

“Good customer service, the only thing to improve courier service, have to wait all day as they hardly follow the time slot and sometimes even they didn't turn up for no reason and have to reschedule the delivery”
