“Over charges people 3 times more than other sites Quoted me almost £1000.00 more for insurance than 3 other comparison sites, only wished i had read these reviews before wasting my time, don't use them and get ripped off, check other sites”

“Ridiculously expensive quote and phone call. Wasted my time on a long phone call, because their system wouldn’t/ couldn’t accept an EU driving licence No? Their eventual quote was more than three times the price of one I had already received. So I’m staying with AXA.”

“After receiving a very reasonable quote on line I was disappointed to find I had to speak to an advisor rather than take the quote out on line. I did this the following day and had to go through all my details again that I’d previously filled in. The guy then said he had to go away to confirm everything and would phone me back within 10 mins which to my surprise he did but the ‘best’ he could offer was over £500 more than my quote telling me a quote was just an estimate. In my opinion an estimate isn’t wrong by this large amount. Absolute disgusted by this I took my business elsewhere”

“Poor customer service. Can’t do any quote on line. You have to do something. In worst case scenario change your name. People may be ill when they see that name”
