“We were made to feel "special" from the moment we checked in. The staff were wonderful, approachable and friendly and we felt we made a connection with them. No mean feat when working under pressure and in a confined space.
This was a once in a lifetime experience and I would highly recommend a journey on the Orient Express. We met some interesting people which made the experience even more special. I will never forget the experience of dancing to Bob Marley (but not as you know it) on thenOrient Express. “We had planned to trip of a lifetime to attend Andre Bocelli's concert in Tuscanny. We booked the VIP package. Although our BA flight was delayed our driver was waiting for us at Pisa airport.
Our hotel was excellent, in the centre of the centre in Florence. Unfortunately I had lost my credit cards on the outward journey. After phoning the banks I contacted Mulberry Travel. They were most helpful and tracked my wallet down to Pisa airport lost properties.
On the day of the concert we were picked up on time by our driver and taken to the pre-concert dinner.. This was very enjoyable with many courses of delicious Tuscan dishes and plentiful Italian wine.
After dinner our driver was waiting to transfer us to Treatro Del Silenzio for the concert.
This was truly amazing spectacle. Many wonderful singers and dancers. A Haitian children's choir and a snow tiger no less. Memories to last a lifetime.
When the concert finished our driver was waiting to return us to the hotel.
On our last day our driver arrived on time to transport us to Pisa airport.
