“Unfortunately, we need to leave a bad review of our experience. We ordered an £800 electric motorcycle for our son's birthday, but he received the same bike from his grandparents, so we had to return it. Everything went well until the refund. It has been two weeks since they received the bike, and we still haven't received our money back. A PayPal dispute is currently under review, but who will comfort us for these days of anxiety?”
“I ordered the Revvi kids jersey and a pair of gloves, both were here the next day and it was also great to be able to make use of the shipping protection. The jersey was if very good quality and the gloves too. Grandson loved them. Will. Definitely buy again”

“Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
I paid extra for delivery protection to ensure my son’s birthday gift arrived on time — it didn’t. After waiting in all day, I found out they had sent it to the wrong address. Despite repeated phone calls, I was given false promises that it would be re-delivered, only to find out it was being returned to the sender.
Motorcross4U refused to issue a refund, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. Communication was appalling — they never called back when they said they would and then shut down for four days over Easter with no resolution.
After nearly two weeks without a bike or my money, I ended up contacting Revvi directly and sorting the issue myself. Motorcross4U never followed up, told me they were unable to contact Revvi directly and had to send an email (I got through to Revvi within 5 minutes first time) , and basically left me completely stuck.
You would think the least they could do was refund the £8 I paid for delivery protection or offer some form of compensation for all the stress and inconvenience — but no.
Shocking service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”
