“The quality of the flowers was excellent. However, I paid extra to enlarge the bunch of flowers, and when the recipiant of the flowers forwarded me a photo of them, I was so disapointed to see the meagre size of what was sent. I was embarrassed to have sent this special person what turned out to be a really mingy gift.”

“Very dissatisfied with my experience! Sadly next day delivery anywhere in the U.K. does "NOT" include Northern Ireland. Flowers for my daughter arrived "three days later" and, they were a bit worse for wear....there was no water in the bouquet!! I was in contact with customer services a few times re: delivery! 'Please note' Do read ALL the small print before ordering - website is generally very misleading! 🙁”

“Ordered flowers, informed later that they could not deliver as out-of-stock. No suitable alternative available. Need POS to be up-to-date to avoid inconvenience and disappointment.”
