Excellent service and no regrets about making the switch 12 months ago from tired, established, no questions to be asked and too expensive supplier. Customer Service at MoneyPlus Energy been first class and on renewal today (which was significant further saving) - Rees the Customer Service Representative summed up the quality of service received. Thank You.

I had ca call from them today to discuss about my plan. Everything was amazing. Totally satisfied with their services and the customer support was amazing. The adviser - Rhys - was extremely professional and friendly, it was extremely nice to speak with him. Keep up with the good work.

I spoke to Rhys who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he sorted out my energy for the next 12 months so hoping to make a big saving over the next year couldn’t have gone it without him

I enquired about my energy renewal date and received a reply next day from Natasha which was very prompt and helpful. When I agreed for the renewals team to contact me she implemented it immediately and I received a call a few hours later I spoke to RHYS who was excellent. He was kind polite and very knowledgeable but also injected a bit of humour into the conversation I will be continuing to use your company for my energy and look forward to speaking to him again next year

Absolutely fantastic service from Rhys today he got me the best deal possible. Very friendly. Also a massive thank you to Kevaughn for his patience and expertise in working out how to get my readings, couldn’t have done it without him. Keep up the good work guys, it’s so nice to have friendly staff on the other end of the phone and not feeling like you are being pestered. Thank you guys 😀👍🏻👍🏻

Had a lovely conversation with Rhys today, he was able to answer all my questions. He was friendly and polite, his personality shone through in our conversation and he gets an extra 🌟 as manged to get my bills down! No hard selling, honest polite, friendly service. I switched to money energy a year ago after being on pre payment meteres and it is so much less hassle and worry I will be staying paying monthly.

I found the call with Rhys was very pleasant and charming. He knew his work well. It was nice to finally talk to a human-being who was being himself instead of following scripts robotically. He got me an excellent deal which I am grateful for. Thank you 😊

Rhys was polite and helpful in explaining what would happen as my contract was renewed, and reassured me that my arrangements with a switching adviser would not be affected. Emails detailing changes were promptly sent.

I received a call today from Gemma. She was so helpful and really friendly. She sorted my tariff renewal and we had a lovely chat (which in current circumstances it is lovely to hear someone's voice). Excellent customer service.

Received a call today from Rhys about my gas and electricity plan. He couldn’t have been nicer and actually made me enjoy what is normally a horrifically boring phone call. If it wasn’t for him I would likely have gone straight to a compression website but thanks to his amazing customer service I chose to stay with no hesitation. Thank you so much Rhys.
