They are more than helpful, they really go out of their way to solve any problems or issues. Always friendly and try and help you save money. You literally do just pay for the energy you use! I got a phone call to actually say my monthly direct debit was decreasing which was a nice surprise!

This is our 2nd year with Money Plus Energy. Despite being offered a swap at the end of year one we decided to stay with them because of the great service and value for money that they give.

Had to call customer service today and they were really helpful . It was about adding my wife’s name to the bill . All handled really well and he made sure we had it sorted quickly and is now re issuing a new statement . Very easy and helpful thanks .

Customer Service excellent - responded promptly to email and telephone queries, and kept me informed of progress when resolving an issue. Felt like you were dealing with a 'human' not an automated machine!

I spoke to Rhys who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he sorted out my energy for the next 12 months so hoping to make a big saving over the next year couldn’t have gone it without him

I enquired about my energy renewal date and received a reply next day from Natasha which was very prompt and helpful. When I agreed for the renewals team to contact me she implemented it immediately and I received a call a few hours later I spoke to RHYS who was excellent. He was kind polite and very knowledgeable but also injected a bit of humour into the conversation I will be continuing to use your company for my energy and look forward to speaking to him again next year

What can I say other than I am really impressed with MoneyPlus Energy. I must admit I haven't had such a good experience with other energy suppliers in the past, over charging and making a complete mess of meter readings and so on. I spoke with a lovely lady called Eve on the phone and email to discuss my direct debit payments and it was just so refreshing to deal with someone and a company that is on the ball. Many thanks Eve and EnergyPlus your doing a cracking job!.

Absolutely fantastic service from Rhys today he got me the best deal possible. Very friendly. Also a massive thank you to Kevaughn for his patience and expertise in working out how to get my readings, couldn’t have done it without him. Keep up the good work guys, it’s so nice to have friendly staff on the other end of the phone and not feeling like you are being pestered. Thank you guys 😀👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent service and no regrets about making the switch 12 months ago from tired, established, no questions to be asked and too expensive supplier. Customer Service at MoneyPlus Energy been first class and on renewal today (which was significant further saving) - Rees the Customer Service Representative summed up the quality of service received. Thank You.
