About Momentum Wines:

Momentum popped its first cork as a wine retailer back in 2005! Having been involved with wines from an early age (Howard’s family ran a chain of off-licences in the 70’s and 80’s), there was a belief that there was room in the market town of Oswestry for a wine specialist. Some 16 years later the business has evolved somewhat, and now operates as both a physical and on-line retailer, and a trade supplier to many hotels, restaurants, and bars.

“I tasted a wine in a restaurant that I really liked. I looked online and not many places kept it in stock. Momentum Wines not only had it in stock, the price was very reasonable. I ordered 6 bottles and they arrived within a day. I couldn't ask for more.”

“I ordered Honu for pick up. The website was easy to use and I was contacted very quickly to inform me the wine was ready to pick up. When I came to the shop I was served by Rachel. She was extremely helpful.and informative emailing me later with some further information. Excellent service.”

“Brilliant service. We had the Alice wine for our anniversary and paid £40 a bottle at a posh restaurant. We got if for a bargain at £15 from you guys. Prompt delivery in very sturdy boxes. Just a bit expensive when it was £10 delivery on one or three bottles. I had to buy 3 to make it worth while. Gorgeous wife and a 10/10 from me Thanks vikki”
