“Worst mochi I've ever had. Two out of the 3 flavours I ordered were very grainy in texture, rather than creamy - very unpleasant to eat. The pistacchio one was nice enough. Also, the flavours are quite mild, which some may not mind, I prefer more flavour.
I wrote a complaint, haven't heard back (although it was 3 days ago, so maybe I will). Overall, a huge disappointment, especially for the price.”
