Never arrived.
Cancelled order. Told 10-14 days for refund. (10/3/26)
STILL WAITING!
Received email today (25/3/26) stating that SURPRISE SURPRISE their accounting system was down.
Now contacting Citizens Advice.
ABSOLUTE JOKE of a Company - if you can call it that!

Ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock. After three days they emailed me that it will take 4 weeks for the product to arrive. I cancelled the order and asked for refund, which they confirmed.
It’s been a month, there’s no refund in sight and they keep saying “there’s a long queue for refunds”.
Ridiculous company and there are many, many similar complaints on forums.

Place and order for the second time and they don’t have in stock when you ask for refund they will hold your money for 14 days knowing they don’t have in stock on purpose, avoid this company at all costs!!!

Do not buy form them at all. Once they have your money, they do not care about delivering items. I kept chasing my items for 2 months and was being given various excuses, eventually I cancelled the order and now refusing to issue refund for past 2 months. DO NOT BUY from them. Never seen anything worse than this.
