“ Ordered from ML 5 months ago..to date..no goods and no refund. Going by the many same customer instances it seems ML are routinely ripping off a high number of customers. ML are not responding. BE CAREFUL.. ”

“ Ordered 3 bottles of motul 7001 15w50 oil that was advertised in December 2025,told it wasn't in stock and could I wait 3 weeks ,waited never materialised,asked for a refund and have now waited over 3 months with many messages sent to them and various excuses given but still no refund,I now see my story is identical to others using this company and I feel a spotlight should be put on this companies trading standards ”

“ Ordered something from “stock”, turns out wasn’t in stock. Cancelled order, promised refund. No refund, excuses after excuses, now well over 2 months waiting for refund. Apparently system is down, would you trust them with your card details if they can’t fix a problem in 2 months. ”

“ Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered my part in November ! Waited until January so gave them adequate time to send the part. However , sourced this from another company. Still waiting for my refund although received an email back in Jan to confirm my refund would take around 14 working days. Keep on being ignored when trying to reach out! Poor service ! Won’t recommend ! ”

“ Ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock. After three days they emailed me that it will take 4 weeks for the product to arrive. I cancelled the order and asked for refund, which they confirmed. It’s been a month, there’s no refund in sight and they keep saying “there’s a long queue for refunds”. Ridiculous company and there are many, many similar complaints on forums. ”
