I ordered a part for my BMW on 30th September their website said was in stock. They then advised me it was on a 5 week lead time...I asked for my money back £100, and am still awaiting a refund...they have given me every excuse why it hasn't happened but here we are weeks later and no refund...

Ordered a BMW M Performance LSD on June 18, 2025. The website lied about the item being in stock and never shipped it. Customer service gave me the run-around for months. The company is now illegally delaying my refund. I have filed a chargeback and complaint. Do not buy from ML Performance.

Service and communication was poor throughout. I ordered some parts on 20th September and I hadn’t received a tracking number by the 1st October and I called to follow up and they said allow another 10 days for dispatch. So I requested a refund and it’s now the 15th October and I still haven’t received my money back. They are giving silly excuses and not responding- stay clear of this business they are far from professional.

Asked for refund but no refund, told oil will be despatched in 2-3 weeks, They must be drilling for it!
Bought some front springs weeks before too, Waited a week to be told they can't get them.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Item should have been in stock and delivered last month but still nothing. No update. They don’t answer the phone, just hang up on you, and don’t reply to emails. I have asked for a refund but have been ignored yet again. Will be taking this further. Shocking behaviour.

I ordered parts, this was over a month ago. Told they would be delivered in 7 to 10 days, never arrived. Got lied to by customer service saying id receive my order in another 10 days.
10 days later, still no parts and email just saying they can support this order and would I like a refund. Absolute disappointment in the whole company. I will never use them again.

Ordered some oil 4 weeks ago, was informed delivery would be w/c 26 June.
Emailed 3 times and no reply, the phone line will not take calls. Very dubious and if you expect products quickly be courteous. I may ask my credit card company to refund my monies if no response is received with 14 days.

I ordered an air intake for my Audi S5 in April and it still hasn’t arrived today on 30th June. When trying to contact the company they have an automated phone line that no one answers. Email responses are slow and just tell you to wait another 10 days due to stock issues etc. I’m still waiting for a refund. I have had to contact the card company to get my money back. Nightmare experience.
