“Don't order you have to wait like 2 months..”

“Initial order was on April 1st, with an email 5 days later to state they were awaiting stock (this is not made clear at all on their website and the item was “in stock”). I confirmed I would wait the 1-2 weeks. Emailed over 2 weeks later numerous times, to be told 4 days later that there would be another 8-10 business days. Replied immediately on the 24th to cancel the order and refund and have not heard from them since. Will have to go through the bank to claim back my money. Honestly not worth the small saving you might make and huge waiting times if you even get the product! Please shop elsewhere!”

“Terrible experience with ML Performance. They delivered the wrong item, stopped responding to emails after arranging a collection of the wrong item but not once confirming if they will resend the correct one or refund me. Not sure who's running the show there but this is really bad service.”

“Do not buy from this company, you buy online and then they never send your parts and won’t cancel the order. Scam company. Trying to get my money back after two weeks of promises but nothing yet.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM ML PERFORMANCE. Placed an order over two weeks ago now. After a week from order date, I got an email through stating that the price advertised wasn't accurate. I requested a refund and it's been over a week with no refund now. I've had to open a case with PayPal and escalate, despite multiple attempts to obtain a refund via their customer service team. No response via emails and they don't answer phone calls. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from here.”

“Sell you parts they don't have and make you wait for weeks without advertising this fact. Same thing with multiple orders. Ok if you want to pre pay for your parts, most people want them once they have paid”

“This is the second and last order I will place with these guys. The after sales customer service is shocking, it's now almost a month since I ordered the center caps and all I've had is one email saying they'll be back in stock in 5-8 days, that was days ago. I've tried calling, emailing and get nowhere, noone answers the phone it just rings out and I've had one email responded to. Shocking. It seems like they take your money with you thinking they've got the items in stock when they don't.. Avoid..!! Like I say this is the second order and this happened with the first order I placed, more fool me for buying from them again.”

“The price was updated after I ordered the items. They said they could do this because of the regulations of themselves but for me this was very inconvenient and not very customer friendly. After that, they did not tell that I had to pay extra costs because they are not EU anymore so I had to pay custom charges. :( . But in fact this is very strange, because they order the particular product themselves from the EU (Germany). Watch out for these costs if you order something from the EU.”

“placed an order back in January 11th as of march 2nd it still hasn't been dispatched, when I first placed the order it showed being "in stock" with the £5 postage. If you need anything soon from them, I wouldn't recommend.”

“Quality tyres at the best price. I bought 4 tyres much cheaper than the main online tyre companies who had sales on. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery but if you are prepared to wait then I can recommend ML Performance.”

“Unfortunately this hasn't been a pleasant experience. My order was placed in November last year and only finally arrived in February. The lack of timely, accurate and meaningful communications was my biggest issue. The standard automated responses and order delay messages weren't helpful. Stating it will be dispatching in 5 - 8 days when its clearly not even been established if its even in the warehouse doesn't provide any confidence. Then not hearing anything and having to chase it repeatedly was particularly frustrating. I would have preferred and respected complete honesty rather than regularly being fobbed off! Sorry I couldn't in all honesty recommend this company and hope for anyone else using this company, mine was a one off.”
