Mindful Extracts is an ethical company based in Brighton, UK, offering a genuine, holistic focus on wellbeing. In addition to our CBD products and organic supplements, we provide guided meditations, articles and exclusive insights from mindfulness experts.

All our products are suitable for vegans (so, absolutely no animal testing!), our packaging is 100% recyclable and we only use carbon-zero couriers for deliveries. And with every customer purchase, we plant a tree in Indonesia.

“Easy to order and quickly and safely received. Its probably too early to tell whether they are having a positive effect but so far so good. They haven't upset my system which is always a good sign when trying new products”

“My daughter and myself are taking the supplement, Lions Mane, to see if there is any change in our symptoms. Its only been a week so far. In the first three days we both said we felt clearer in our heads and more focused. After that we both had very low mindsets. I feel on a more even keel keel again but my daughter is struggling though getting herself out and about dealing with her day. Near the end of the course of capsules I'm going to stop taking to see if there is a marked difference. If I reorder then the answer will be proved for me.”

“Suffering from spinal stenosis, I am among many that have no option but to suffer nerve pain in a lower limb 24/7. We try anything and everything we read or hear about in the hope of even minor relief from the intense pain, I read of CBD oil in a magazine, and thought it could possibly ease my suffering, whilst the level of physical pain relief is not as high as I had hoped, it is proving beneficial in increasing both the quality and length of sleep I get of a night, which, in itself makes the pain more tolerable.”

“It's a little soon to do a full review - I've only been taking cbd 5mg for 9 days. This is my first experience taking cbd oil. For the first 7 days I've had headaches start within 30 minutes of a dose (2 drops am and pm) that is going now. I've chosen Mindful Extracts as it comes over as a reputable and ethical producer. I will continue taking cbd and track over the longer term its affects.”

“I've only been taking this product for a short while , so it's early days to see how well it's working I believe it works differently for each individual and I'm fairly new to this type of product so I'm trying this Mindful extracts 5% oil after buying a cheaper brand of inferior product (my opinion) that did absolutely nothing but give me dry mouth . Hence only given 4 stars ,However I gave four stars ,for the quality of service and the personal touch, ie the hand written thank you note in with the CBD oil and the emails of the guys keeping in touch ,I realise this is a small business which you guys are obviously passionate about ,and reading your story of how it all started moved me . If the product is as good as the reviews state which I read on a separate web site then I would very happy to give 5 stars . W.Evans”

“I have tried taking couple of mindful extracts CBD oil drops at bedtime to see if my sleep improves only 3 nights so far so a bit early to be sure if it’s really working, but certainly so far so good.”

Thanks Chris, CBD can take a few weeks to work in some people (with others gaining benefits straightaway) and it does depend on taking the correct amount for you - do get in touch if you need any advice/info around using your CBD :)

“Selected this CBD Oil after reading the online reviews in the Independent Newspaper. Bought the oil for my husband to treat his anxiety. He's been taking the stated minimum recommended dosage and I've noticed he is calmer and now sleeps better after only a week. The oil has a pleasant taste which makes it easier to take.”

Hi Marc, us humans have an Endocannabinoid system, with Cannabinoid receptors in our brains and organs so it will be a real effect not a placebo effect you are feeling! Glad you find it helps and feel free to get in touch for advice around usage for best effects.
