“wish there was 10 stars to select due to the AMAZING service I received from Kieran in the St Helens Miltons Jewellers store! To say I was impressed with the service is an understatement. I had to sell some jewellery due to personal reasons and from the minute I called the St Helens store just to enquire and heard Kierans voice I knew I was in good hands! He was so friendly, emphatic and made the situation I was in so much easier. As I was a bit confused about the model watch I was selling he went above & beyond messaging me on WhatsApp to check the type of watch. A free valuation was provided within 5 minutes over the phone when he called me back, really clear advice about what I needed to bring and although I knew I had to shop around, which Kieran encouraged, I kind of knew even then it would be Miltons St Helens I went to just because of how fantastic Kieran was and how friendly, knowledgeable, efficient & kind. When I went to the store we were met with a lovely warm welcome and although I had still managed to confuse matters by saying the picture Kieran sent me on whatsapp was the same watch I was selling, Kieran reassured me, took full control & within 10 minutes got me a really competitive price on the actual model of watch I was selling, that was above what I had been offered elsewhere, really competitive and cleaned, valued and took a couple of other jewellery items as well (all free of charge). The money was in my account within the hour followed up with a lovely courtesy message letting me know! I was blown away if Im honest at how good the service was and felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than a company. I would always now use Miltons as my jewellers hopefully in better circumstances next time and I have already told all my family & friends how great the service was Just another note: Another lovely lady in there (I didnt get her name) sorted my watch battery within 10 minutes at a great price when I asked off the cuff if they did watch battery replacements whilst Kieran was re valuing the actual watch model and additional items. Another lovely staff member who was really friendly and happy to help Honestly I couldn’t recommend Milton’s St Helens enough and they are really lucky to have Kieran working there who in my opinion provided one of the best services I have ever had - Thank you so very much Kieran I have also added this review to Trust pilot”

“After searching for my perfect ring online. Almost ordering one from another site. I spotted the ring that’s been waiting for me on Milton’s website ! It was a pre-owned ring. I wasn’t sure it would fit. I downloaded a ring sizer off the internet. The ring was spot on! Meant for me! A gift for my 60th off my husband. I LOVE it! It was delivered by DPD (who are a bit of a nightmare) but once I finally got it, it was packaged beautifully. :-)”

“I purchased an Rolex Oyster Perpetual Watch online from Miltons and it arrived the following day via DPD as prearranged. The watch is superb and the accompanying Miltons presentation box and packaging were of the highest quality.I am really happy with the whole online experience and would thoroughly recommend Miltons to anyone may think of using them in the future....In the case of Rolex the quality remains long after the price is forgotten!!”
