Very very happy We've had lots and lots of spares from Milner for our 25 year old ISUZU. Everything always arrives promptly, is good quality and fits Milner go one step more to help you with the more 'unusual' requests. We needed some bolts for our hubs and they very kindly found some that fit. We are extremely grateful to Milner, whose staff are kind, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. What more can you say Well done Milner! Don't change a thing

Although I haven't received the part yet, because it's out of stock, the service to date has been exemplary. The staff have been really helpful and have "gone the extra mile" to assist in ensuring I get the right parts. Henceforth, to the exclusion of all others, Milner will be the "go to" company for me.

Could not be more pleased with the service I received from Matthew. My local motor factors and even my local main dealers could not find details of my truck and so were unable to provide the parts required. Had spent an eternity phoning different people with no look. Then 1 phone call to Milners where the sales guy asked for my registration number, before I had the chance to mention the issues I have had he said "Your chassis number with DVLA is wrong". I was initially rather skeptical but he was insistent that the 8 should be a B. Parts ordered and delivered within 18 hours. Fit perfectly. I checked my VIN tag on the dashboard and he was totally correct. The digit was B. 5 stars all the way for Milners and especially Matthew. No stars for my local main dealer who could not work out the issue.

Amazing customer service. Quick delivery to Germany. Best place to find Daihatsu Rocky parts. Will definitely spend a lot of money here over the years.

I bought front and rear steal bumpers for my L200 Barbarian. I can't explain how happy I am with the product's and the outstanding service I got. After sale customer service was excellent, and was just a phone call away. I was talked through any issues I came across that I didn't understand, step by step!! Brian , Tom thank you !!! Won't be looking elsewhere fir my next upgrade!

Hello Hamad, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We always value feedback positive or negative. Based on you being based overseas, some situations would make the delivery of items more expensive than the cost of the item itself. Whilst we can appreciate this must be frustrating unfortunately there is not a lot that can be done about this and I assume this would be the same case for whoever you would choose for parts unless there was a company more local to yourself able to import the parts. Sorry we can't be of more help here but these prices are dedicated by our delivery partners. Thank you,

DATA BREACH. Since placing an order with MOR I have received numerous emails not related to my order, but from delivery companies of orders placed by other customers and invoices of those orders with customer details. Having notified MOR of these data breaches Im still receiving invoices of orders not placed by myself. Why has my email address been crossed referenced into so many accounts, that Im still receiving details of customers and orders I havent placed. This is a serious data breach that needs attention!

Didn’t realise that the delivery service had changed to A very poor customer service one which was unable to deliver my desperately needed parts (I have cameras watching driver unable to contact the delivery company and unable to fix my car out of pocket now searching for parts elsewhere!!!

Good Morning Victor, I am sorry you have had a bad experience when ordering. However, when you placed the order via our website there was an option of 3 delivery services to choose from and it appears you picked “Evri”. Our couriers remain the same we just have an additional service to choose from. We have tried our best to work with you and the courier to resolve this but you didn’t appear to leave any leave safe instructions with the couriers and your property seems to be of restricted access to the couriers.
